What are the bowls made of?
The outer designer shell is made of plant-based PLA bioplastic from renewable sources. The inner insert that touches food is food-grade stainless steel (EC 1935/2004).
Which size should I pick?
16 cm usually suits a smaller dog, 21 cm a medium or larger one. Exact dimensions, height and volume are listed with each model.
How do I clean the bowl?
Take out the stainless steel insert and wash it, dishwasher safe. Wash the coloured shell by hand with lukewarm water. Everyday hygiene without trapped smells like cheap plastic.
How does the personalisation work?
You enter your pet's name at checkout. We make it exactly to your order and check it by hand before production. If the mistake is on our side, we fix it or remake it at our own cost.
Can I return the bowl?
A personalised bowl is made to order, so it cannot be returned without giving a reason. Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days. Statutory liability for defects applies to all products; full details are in our terms and conditions.
