Frequently asked questions
What material is the bowl made of?
The outer body is made of PLA bioplastic from renewable sources. The inner insert that contacts food and water is food-grade stainless steel, compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.
What makes FALCO special?
FALCO has a taller, slightly tilted shape. This makes it easier for the dog to reach the contents and keeps the bowl stable during feeding. It is a practical and stylish accessory available in 11 colours.
What is the difference between the 16 cm and 21 cm sizes?
The figure refers to the top diameter. The 16 cm size is 189 mm tall and suits smaller breeds and puppies. The 21 cm size is 243 mm tall and suits medium breeds.
How is the FALCO bowl cleaned?
Remove the stainless steel insert and wash it by hand with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Clean the PLA bioplastic outer body with a soft damp cloth. Do not put it in a dishwasher or microwave.
How does personalisation work?
Enter the name in the field above the Add to cart button. We recommend uppercase letters. The name is engraved directly into the outer body of the bowl as shown in the photo (with the sample „Falco"). If you leave the field empty, we will contact you by e-mail.
Can I use the FALCO bowl for both water and kibble?
Yes, the stainless steel insert is suitable for both - kibble, wet food and water. Thanks to the removable insert, cleaning after each feeding is quick and hygienic.
Can the bowl be returned?
As this is a personalised product made to order (with your dog's name), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
