Order Process

1. Upload your file - attach your 3D model (STL, OBJ, or other supported formats) in the Upload File field.
2. Project description - provide details (dimensions, purpose, orientation, surface finish, etc.).
3. Material & color - choose from PLA, PETG, ABS, and more. Specify color and required properties (rigidity/flexibility).
4. Processing time - let us know your deadline. Express service available upon request.
5. 3D model design - no file? We can design it for you based on drawings, sketches, or your description.
6. Model modification - send us your file, and we’ll adjust or optimize it to your needs.
7. Quantity - specify how many pieces you need. Discounts available for larger orders.
8. Submit request - click Submit, and we’ll send you a proposal with a non-binding price quote.

Supported Formats & Files

• Supported: STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP/IGES.
• Units: millimeters (mm).
• Recommendation: watertight, manifold models; specify tolerances if parts must fit together.

• PLA - eco-friendly bioplastic, great for prototypes, models, and decorative pieces.
• PETG - strong, durable, moisture/chemical resistant. Ideal for functional parts.
• ABS - tough, heat-resistant, perfect for technical applications.

• Delivery: courier, parcel locker, or personal pickup.

• Pricing: depends on print time, material, model size, and finishing. We’ll send a quote after reviewing your request.
• Legal responsibility: by uploading, you confirm you own the rights to the model and that it does not violate copyright or laws.
• Material limitations: standard FDM filaments (PLA/PETG/ABS) are not food-safe and not suitable for high temperatures unless specified.
